Free Support & Counseling Services

We provide counseling programs through our in-house counselors and strategic partners with psychotherapists and family counselors. This services are being offered both virtually and in-person.

GBV & Mental Health Education

We have zero tolerance for Gender-based violence and we strive daily to combat it as well as provide women and girls with the knowledge, education and tools to eradicate this social menace.

Crisis Intervention and Management

We listen and provide support to women and youths in need of support during crisis. We also refer individuals to other social services and long-term counseling centers.

Youth & Family Programs

International Women Foundation provides Family and youth workshops to improve the family unit and instill valuable life-changing positive skills to enable our youths succeed

Economic Development Programs

We provide entrepreneurship and business supports as well as career and economic programs geared towards sustainability of women to aspire and achieve their goals

Education & Advocacy Services

We provide great insights and education to enable women and girls believe
in their capabilities through goal setting and career planning as well as advocacy services
